Terms and Conditions
All orders are considered final at time of order submission. Receipt of order confirmation(s) does not signify acceptance of order(s), nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Mystical Key Shoppe reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order(s) to decline the order(s) if fraud is suspected at any time during the order or submission of the order process.

Cancellations and Exchanges may result in a restocking fee.
We reserve the right to decline any order for unconfirmed and unverified account information.
Security Authorization and Confirmation is required by Paypal, credit and debit cards before we ship your order. We may require additional information and verification before accepting and completing your order.
Your phone number must be valid in case we need to contact you concerning your order.
We will contact you if your shipping address does not match the billing address for your account information.
A notice for signature will be mailed to the credit card holder's address when shipping address is different.
We will not process your order if we are unable to contact you or you do not reply to our messages within 3-5 business days.
Mystical Key Shoppe is not responsible for graphical, pricing, or other errors/omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography, or application.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price; with incorrect information; incorrect photo, price change; etc, we will contact you immediately by phone and/or email to remedy the situation or by cancellation of the item on your order.
We reserve the right to cancel the portion of your order which is in error.
If a refund is due to you for the error, a refund will be issued back to you.
If we have shipped the item(s), we will do our best to remedy the situation, either with a replacement, a return or a refund.
If there is an amount due for a price difference/error, we will contact you for authorization on the additional cost.

The Method of Free Shipping (UPS or USPS) will be based upon weight & zone at time of shipping.
Time of Order Processing and Shipping Your Order
Orders typically ship the same or next business day excluding weekends and holidays.
USPS shipments are picked up around 1:00 pm EST. Orders placed Monday through Friday are normally shipped out on the next business day. Friday Afternoon and Weekend orders are shipping on Monday or Tuesday of the following week.
USPS Priority Mail takes 2 - 3 business days once the package has left location; however, they are not guaranteed delivery in this time frame.
Mystical Key Shoppe is not responsible for packages that USPS states as "delivered" and customer states as not delivered. There is no refund from USPS.
UPS shipments are picked up at our location at approximately 3 p.m. EST. Orders arriving after 1 pm EST are shipped the next business day.
Express Mail, 2nd day or 3rd Day by UPS: Your Order must be submitted by 8:00 a.m. EST for the package to depart that day.
UPS Delivers Monday through Friday; There Are No Weekend Deliveries.
Ground UPS can take from 3 to 7 Business Days, depending on destination, once the package leaves our location.
UPS Does Not Ship to P.O. Boxes.
Customers Living in Puerto Rico
Customers Living in Puerto Rico: To be able to select US Postal Service (Priority Mail), you must type in United States as your country in your account shipping information.
Packages Undeliverable, Unclaimed and/or Refused Packages
If your order is returned to us because UPS or USPS is unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address; you are not available for delivery; refusal of package or unclaimed package:
- You may have the package reshipped. You will need to pay reshipping charges plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us.
- You may cancel the order for a refund of items minus shipping charges. A 10% restocking fee plus any UPS or USPS fees for the return back to us will be applied.
Policy for returned Items due to incorrect shipping address, refused package or unclaimed package:
- If a package is returned due to incorrect address or unclaimed, you must pay shipping and handling fees in order for us to reship it.
- If you choose not to have it reshipped, you may be refunded minus restocking fee and shipping/handling costs.
We Accept the Following Forms of Payments:
Must have a Verified Account and Confirmed address. If not a Verified/Confirmed Account with PayPal: You must reply to our phone or email message within 5 business days to confirm and authorize. Orders will be canceled if your Account is Not Verified and Address is Not Confirmed.
Credit/Debit Cards Processing
Your bank/credit card company must allow internet transactions. Your Bank/Credit Card Company must support an Address Verification System (AVS). All shipments must ship to the billing address.
Declined (Bank/Credit Card) Transaction
Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if your Street Address and/or Zip Code does not match the address on file with your bank/credit card company. Your bank/credit card company will decline the transaction if the security (CVS) code does not match the number on your card. If you are declined, please contact your bank/credit card company for further information.
All Returns Must Be Pre-Authorized by Email (email@example.com).
You must Contact Us within 3-5 days of receiving the item(s) that you would like to return.
Once you have authorization on the return, we must receive the item(s) within 7 business days from the time of authorization.
If there is a broken item, wrong item or such concern, please Contact Us before returning the item.
Other Returns: Purchaser will pay the shipping and insurance costs for return items plus a minimum of 10% restocking fee on return. Returns are by UPS, USPS Priority or Regular Mail: please ask before shipping a return on method of return, insurance may be necessary. Full refund of purchase price of items (not including shipping, insurance costs and restocking fees) occurs upon return of the item in its original condition.
Returned Items will inquire a restocking fee of a minimum of 10% restocking before refund is made. No returns or exchanges without prior authorization. You must pay the shipping and insurance on the return or reship of exchange.
If you call or email us to adjust your order by removing an item(s), there is a 10% restocking fee before refund. To waive the restocking fee, you may have credit on your account.
Returns for Exchanges:
There is a minimum of 10% restocking fee.
Cancellation of an order: There is a minimum of 10% restocking fee if the order is packaged, labeled and ready for shipment or has shipped and it returns to us.
If an immediate cancellation and we have not pulled items, packaged and labeled, there is only a 10% restocking fee.
